Dialysis Assistant (Cheras / Jalan Ampang)

Location: Cheras, Jalan Ampang Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide clinical care to dialysis patients.
• Ensure optimal patient outcomes by following the clinical process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with local and international standards.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and medications in the unit, ensuring timely reordering to prevent operational disruptions.
• Manage clinical and medical supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, verifying deliveries, and optimizing resource use.
• Provide renal nursing care to patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Provide ongoing health assessments and education to monitor patients’ progress and ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Establishes and maintains a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, in line with management decisions and operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistance/ Nursing or relevant field.
• Freshie to encourage to applied, training provided.
• Registered with the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board/ Nursing Board.
• Exceptional patient service abilities.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
