Chemical Engineer (QA – Customer Support)
- Salary RM3,000 to RM4,800
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Analyze product defects and provide justifications based on findings.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, particularly production and sales.
- Travel overseas to meet with international customers as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Chemistry, or a related educational background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (minimum SPM level), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Japanese language skills are preferred, but not required.
- Highly committed, with a positive attitude and strong self-confidence.
- Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
