Commercial Operations Specialist

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Train new users on existing dashboards.
• Prepare report and analysis to support business discussion and decision-making with insights aligned with affiliate and region.
• Manage reporting timeline to provide accurate and timely delivery to commercial teams.
• (Slightly Technical) Maintenance, Production deployment of existing/upcoming dashboards/reports/tools.
• To perform routine validation on availability and accuracy, raise issues, communicate with troubleshooting IT personnel, follow up on the progress, keep track of a list.
• Prepare necessary documentation related to dashboards.
• Support for Veeva: Validation and Account Creation by review and validate exceptional reports, create new accounts as needed, and update distributor codes.
• Report generation as required (i.e. SMGT, Veeva, Qlik).

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree in Business or other relevant qualification.
• 2 to 3 years working experience in Power BI – building dashboards.
• Exposure to analytical roles involving managing large data, analyzing & interpreting, and present recommendations.
• Exposure to Veeva or other CRM systems.
• Strong competency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written English communication, capable of making effective presentations.
• Problem-solving, driven, resourceful.
• Experience working with a business intelligence system, excel, reporting.
