Warehouse Manager

Location: Dengkil, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Set up the layout to ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere strictly to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Manage stock control and reconcile it with the data storage system.
• Recruit, Supervise, Coaching, Train, Motivate employee.
• Overseeing and Monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
• Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materials
• Monitoring the finished goods to ensure the SOP of the system FIFO
• Prioritize workplace safety precautions and ensure compliance with safety standards for employees.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Able to implement process improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 6-7 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Leadership & Staff management skills is a MUST. 
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Full-Time position(s) available.
