QA Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and direct the QAQC team, applying expertise in Quality Management Systems, policies, and standards to ensure smooth execution of quality activities.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues or customer complaints using 8D and 5 Whys methodologies, and report findings to management.
• Compile and analyze quality documentation and reports, including data on failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Implement and enforce quality control to uphold company standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant ISO standards.
• Proactively drive quality improvement initiatives to streamline processes within the QA team.
• Develop and implement procedures for inspecting and addressing quality assurance issues.
• Lead and guide the QAQC team in resolving quality-related issues and achieving the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Working experience as a QA Manager role in Manufacturing with an understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficiency in 8D and 5 Whys reporting methods.
• Experience handling customer complaints and resolving quality issues.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Full-Time positions available.
