Regional Security Officer

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Developed a regional security strategy and roadmap in collaboration with country management, business lines, stakeholders, and the Group Security Team.
• Lead security discussions with external partners and vendors.
• Oversee technical implementation projects.
• Report on regional security issues.
• Led regional implementation projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget.
• Monitored compliance with security policies and standards.
• Managed and responded to security issues.
• Collaborate with the business to integrate security throughout operations.
• Encourage a security-first mindset through training and cross-functional awareness campaigns.
• Support business continuity planning.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of expertise in IT infrastructure and security in a large enterprise or production environment.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA) or willingness to certify.
• Strong understanding of security risks and best practices.
• Previous experience as an Information Security Officer is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Language proficiency.
