Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on electrical systems and equipment, including switchboards, transformers, generators, and wiring.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the installation of new electrical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet design specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and capacity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all electrical systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records.
• Prepare reports on electrical system performance, maintenance activities, and incident investigations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior electrical technicians on proper electrical maintenance and safety practices.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of electrical spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for maintenance activities.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Chargeman A4 or Chargeman AO certificate issued by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) in Malaysia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
