Customer Service Officer (Forwarding)

Location: Taman Molek, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• To attend to customer inquiry and complaints via phone call and email.
• To handle both import and export shipments.
• To place booking vessel booking.
• To prepare shipping documentations such as bill of lading, custom form, ZB form.
• To coordinate container movement

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Malaysia citizen.
