E&I Project Senior Engineer/Manager (Palm Oil Refinery/Oleochemicals Industry)

Location: Klang/Port Klang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for overseeing the design, installation and execution of assigned projects and plant modifications, ensuring strict adherence to current plant standards and prioritizing plant safety.
• Manage all aspects of Electrical and Instrument request for Quotation (RFQ), meticulously detailing project requirements and specifications.
• To prepare and evaluation tenders related to designated projects and plant modifications.
• Plan and schedule project activities in the plant to ensure timely project completion and liaise closely with contractors for E&I installations.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance departments to facilitate testing, prechecking, and commissioning processes, guaranteeing successful project completion.
• Liaise with E&I Engineering consultants to discuss on E&I project design.
• To liaise with vendors for the detail on Electrical & Instrument consumer lists and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager of Manufacturing as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years and above of working experience involving Project Management in the Palm Oil Refinery/ Oleochemical industry.
• Working experience and knowledge in Electrical & Instrument (E&I) design and E & I project implementation.
