Quality Systems Specialist

Location: Bandar Sunway

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee compliance of Quality Systems and tools in Pharm AP, such as Summit Trainings and Trackwise QI. Manage user access, troubleshoot TruVAult, analyze data for improvements, and generate compliance reports. Follow up on data collection, track completion across AP sites, and provide consolidated, analyzed information for decision-making. Support CAPA and Review Boards with data collection, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up.
• Assist in planning, executing, and completing projects within set deadlines. Support the implementation of project management through Tracktion. Conduct regular project reviews to enhance performance. Create and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and status reports. Generate detailed project reports for management review.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings with management, executives, and team members regarding product quality, safety, and compliance. Schedule meetings through Outlook, prepare agendas, minutes, memorandums, and presentations.
• Manage team communications, organize employee meetings, and oversee presentations using MS Teams, Zoom, or Global Connect.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Requires at least a basic degree in Science, Engineering, or Technical subjects.
• Role demands strict adherence to confidentiality, integrity, and corporate compliance.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion in resolving complex situations with flexibility in managing shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, quick learning, analytical aptitude, and advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, executive presentations, and database applications.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in internal systems like travel, purchase orders, and quality tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across Asia Pacific, capable of cooperative work at all organizational levels.
