Service Technician

Location: Johor, Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Providing services to customers efficiently and in timely manner.
• To perform maintenance of the machinery.
• To conduct product training for customers, including how to use it safely.
• Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers.
• Ordering and restocking materials as needed.
• Participating in ongoing training to keep up with the latest developments of the machines.
• Following government health and safety regulations as well as their employer’s regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering.
• At least 1 year of working experience in servicing dishwashing machine.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
