Job Descriptions:

• HR Lead overseeing Strategic Planning and Operations, reporting to GM
• Supervise 3 executives in Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, C&B Management, Industrial Relations, and Employee Engagement
• People Manager focusing on effective administrative and operational HR functions
• Develop, implement, and execute HR programs and activities
• Facilitate communication across various staff levels
• Drive KPIs for the entire company
• Strategic location in Seri Kembangan or Kota Kemuning

Job Requirements:

• HR lead overseeing both Strategic Planning and Operational aspects, reporting directly to the GM
• Supervision of 3 executives responsible for Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, and People Management
• Ensuring effective administration and operations of the HR department and overall company
• Development, implementation, and execution of HR programs and activities
• Facilitating clear communication across different staff levels
• Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the entire company
• Offering a robust platform for HR career development with mentorship and growth opportunities
• Location options: Seri Kembangan or Kota Kemuning
