Maintenance Manager (Oleochemical)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Assisting the Engineer with Plant Turnaround Management.
• Oversee all maintenance activities on the job site.
• To leads and assists the maintenance staff when required, and performs work quality inspections as needed.
• To create a method statement for maintenance tasks.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate maintenance procedures and systems in the maintenance team, and provide improvement recommendations to improve the repair cycle.
• Assist engineers with failure root cause analysis
• Conduct on-the-job training or arrange training for employees covering safety, repair and maintenance, operational procedures, and equipment use.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Has relevant working experience in the fields of operation and maintenance of chemical, industrial gases or manufacturing set up.
