Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Damansara Intan

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts
• Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Deal with bank (Manage, check balance of bank account and bank reconciliation)
• Deal with accounting firm and audit firm (GL control, check financial statement and etc.)
• Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Ensuring that all Company accounting transactions comply with the law and support the Company’s compliance requirements
• Familiar with Malaysia government taxation, especially Sales & Services Tax
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Preferably 3-4 years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
• Good team player to support on-going process change and management reporting
• Have a positive attitude towards challenges, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commitment to meet tight deadlines and reporting requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
