AR Accountant

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Support Order to Cash activities, including sales processing, returned product, sales recognition, Accounts Receivable, and distribution of Bonus payments.
• Update the company distributors’ bank account information in the system.
• Prepare daily sales and receivable reconciliation and send it to stakeholders.
• Perform accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting.
• Support AR collections by calling clients when required
• Perform Bonus calculation and payment to company distributors
• Support migration activities from Affiliate to Shared Services Center and deployment to the new system.
• Liaise with Affiliates to ensure a smooth closing of daily and month-end operations.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses at least Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Working experiences in accounting/shared services
• Having experiences in system migration, knowledge in using ERP system
