APAC Logistic Specialist (MNC Pharmaceutical)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to Asia Pacific logistic process and inventory management with domestic third party logistics providers.
• To ensure Inventory accuracy & Inventory reconciliation
• Provide accurate and timely planning schedules to the business to meet customer service goals and inventory targets.
• Work closely with third party logistics and respective departments to reconcile inventory value and quantity between WMS and SAP.
• To resolve inventory discrepancy with root cause analysis, strategy resolution and corrective and preventive action.
• To minimize costs and stock write-off for all the Asia Pacific affiliates
• To ensure that warehousing and distribution operations meet defined standards of compliance to local and Inventory management process standards
• Support APAC logistics projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Management or equivalent
• Possess 5-6 years working experience in Logistics process & Inventory Management.
• Applicant with MNC Pharma / Medical Devices is added advantage
• Applicant with SAP system is added advantage
• Strong oral and written communication, and presentation, data analysis.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
