Customer Master Assistant (Korean)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Accountable for ensuring timely and successful completion of assigned activities with high quality deliverables to reach the deployment goals aimed at establishing a reliable Customer Database.
• Correct Customer Data base analysis, current and new logic understanding
• Ensuring the correct application of our New Account Structure
• Mapping the correct relationship and hierarchies for our accounts
• Mapping the cleaning of our Customer Data Base with only usable accounts
• Mapping the correct new Critical Data Elements based on the current and new fields, ensuring the remanence of their intended functionalities
• Following the stablished procedures and escalating any identified deviations for guidance and resolution
• Monitoring and providing required progress updates
• Having active participation in our Project Regional Meetings
• Reporting to our AGS Coordinator and Regional Process Owners
• Having communication with our cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business needs are being addressed
• Collaborating with our local Customer Master Administrators

Job Requirements:

• Customer Master Data experience
• Proficient Excel and skilled data analysis
• SFDC and SAP knowledge
• Expected time commitment of 100%
