Process Engineer (5 days – Manufacturing)

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• To develop, design, and implement new strategies to optimize manufacturing process.
• Carry out testing on new raw materials to improve Process Capabilities and production yield.
• To perform process improvement, implement cost reduction and to reduce downtime.
• Involve and lead technical problem solving activities related to the manufacturing process.
• To maintain standard operating procedures, process diagrams and work instructions.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 3 of working experience in process improvement including testing and assembly.
• Good at problem solving skills
• Has leadership skills
