Financial Analyst
- Salary RM4000-RM5000
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the financial management of the company and provide financial reports and analysis to the Management
- Prepare and provide weekly and monthly turnover figures to support the sales team in their achievements
- Organise and manage the preparation of annual budget in co-ordination with the requirements of Management
- Monitor the company’s budget and highlight items of significant deviation to the Management for immediate rectification or review
- Review and monitor COGS & inventory levels through close liaison with Supply Chain
- Perform checks on delivery orders daily to ensure data accuracy
- Perform checks on invoice submissions to bank for trade financing
- Prepare monthly commissions payable on turnover of specific products for approval and payment
- Prepare invoices to customers, debit notes & credit notes for intercompany transactions, payment vouchers and bank reconciliation in accordance with company laws and regulations.
- Post accounting transactions and ensure all documents are updated in the system on a timely basis
- Prepare Financial Management reports on a monthly basis for Management review
- Liaise with company’s auditor, tax consultant, and company secretary as & when needed
- Support and assist CFO in day-to-day financial operations and any other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must at least have Advanced/Higher/Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree /Professional Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years related working experience in related field
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and willing to work hard in a fast-paced, high growth work environment
- Able to handle and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Able to collaborate and work as a team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Preferably can start immediately.
- Required skills: AutoCount software, Microsoft Excel and Word.
