RTR Specialist (Korean/Japanese speaker)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

GL Specialist x 4

• Manage the General Ledger for business units including journal entries and preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules and month end financial reports
• Record transactions across multiple sources
• Perform fixed asset accounting related activities (acquisitions, disposals, write-offs, depreciation and associated variance analysis)
• Support intangible asset accounting, including master data updates, asset categorization, amortization and impairment assessment
• Capture and allocate costs to the project code, generate project reports and variance analysis to determine final settlement
• Record sales and costs at the component level, and revenue and expense accruals
• Prepare journal entries to value inventory as of month-end
• Generate reports related to fixed assets, product cost, finished goods and obsolescence
• Complete reconciliations in a timely manner
• Assist in process improvement and documentation
• Coordinate year end audit to ensure set deadlines are met

What you need to have :

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Professional accounting Qualification preferred
• Experienced in SSC environment
• Able to speak in Japanese or Korean languages
• RM8000-9000
