Logistics Operations Specialist (FMCG)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for all logistics, efficient planning and organisation of all warehousing and distribution activities
• Ensure efficient planning of stocks availability to fulfill commercial sales and activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved in the logistic process
• Proactively establish partnerships and communication with internal and external customers
• Handle customer complaints and issues, resolve issues related to orders, shipment and delivery
• Minimize inventory write-offs
• Take part in continuous improvement activities and operational efficiency
• Perform inter-warehouse transfer arrangement
• Responsible in maintaining accurate inventory data
• Responsible for the preparation of reports/ data generation, product ordering information
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Participate in all Distribution Quality Management training and audits, proactively engage stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Management or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of direct Supply and Logistics management
• Strong oral and written communication, and presentation, data analysis.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• ERP system
• Occasionally, travel is required
• Immediate position
