Human Resource Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

(6 months Contract- Subject to renew/ convert)

Working Location : KL , Shah Alam

Job Scope

• Ensure employee insurance enrollment and manage the monthly invoice and billing
• Assist employee on queries of submission to the TPA provider (Micare) on medical claims.
• To update local HR policies & procedures.
• To validate and support employee’s benefit claim program (New Born / Marriage)
• To support with HRD-Corp submission for L&D purposes
• To support with JTK submissions
• Promote and maintain industrial harmony between the management and employees
• Provide guidance, coaching and counseling to leadership to ensure the resolution of employment-related matters.
• Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments.
• Execute change management initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure HR policies and procedure are consistently administered and aligned.
• Support employee life cycle, other projects
• Other tasks required by manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Full-Time & Contract Positions(s) available.
