Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
- Salary RM2,000 - RM2,800
Location: Johor Bahru
Job Descriptions:
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing, copying, binding, scanning, and filing.
- Organize the filling system & manage documentation in the proper record.
- Arrange for office equipment maintenance
- Execute secretarial tasks and administrative procedures
- Caller screening and directing callers to the proper party
- Any other chores that may be necessary
- Handle daily administrative activities, including reception duties.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
