Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Bangi, Serdang, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam, Subang, Perai, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu

Job Descriptions:

Salary Package: RM 5000 – RM 6500 + Allowance + Commission

Allowances: Car Allowances + Petrol Allowance + Handphone /Parking /Toll Allowance

• Explores business opportunities and expands market share.
• Organizes and conducts presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Excellent execution. Proactively plans, implements and tracks actions to achieve business results; Acts and responds with urgency to new information; keep things simple and get it right the first time.
• Effective Teamwork – Develops effective working relationships with others to achieve business results; Works well within and across teams; contributes to the greater good of the team.
• Proactive and Resourceful – Proactively evaluates, selects and acts on various ways to solve problems and meet objectives
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is advantageous.

• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
