Admin Executive (Contract & Permanent)
- Salary RM 3000 - RM 4500
Location: Damansara, PJ, Bandar Sunway, Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Handling of quotation, order processing and invoicing
- Updating of order and liaises with suppliers for any outstanding order.
- Assist in updating record into the company database and prepare reports to management.
- Able to prepare & handle invoices, logistics and office maintenance.
- Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record.
- Handle daily administrative activities including reception duties.
- Perform any other duties as and when assign by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ms Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table) Savvy.
- Full-Time & Contract Positions(s) available.
