Trade Marketing Assistant

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• To help in the management of marketing activities and vendor paperwork.
• Assist with customer sales and marketing efforts, in-store execution documentation, and claim paperwork from customers and vendors.
• Manage paperwork, including shipping and receiving marketing items from vendors or warehouses to stakeholders (BDM, consumers, or pet owners).
• Develop a Purchase Order based on an accepted quotation and give a quarterly invoicing report to the Marketing team for tracking purposes.
• Assist with data processing and reporting for sales and marketing operations.
• Collaborating with BDM to acquire consumer information for Marketing actions, including monitoring rivals’ activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, webinars, and seminars.

Job Requirements:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Recent grads are encouraged to apply.
• Action-oriented and proactive
• An excellent and clear communicable level is required.
• Superior planning, organisation, and prioritisation abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
