Assistant Human Resource Manager
- Salary RM7,500 - RM9,000
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
Job Descriptions:
- Support talent identification and provide full cycle recruitment for assigned LOB including ad placement, resume screening, phone screens, interviewing, reference check and offer generation.
- Maintain full cycle recruitment process to meet the talent acquisition goals across all levels within multiple functional areas.
- As HR partner to defined business divisions, provide full-function HR support to line manager and employees.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, issues and concerns regarding employment practices, working conditions, disciplinary actions, originating from various sources.
- Assist with complex worker’s compensation, leave of absence and accommodation issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment, pay and workplace laws and regulations.
- Assist various annual projects like annual salary review, bonus calculations, performance appraisal & budgeting.
- Work closely with Line Management of defined support area in structuring and developing their respective teams.
- Support the implementation of Training & Development tools and concepts.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well-organized self-starter with initiative.
- Reliable/trustable.
- Take on and support special HR projects.
