Nutritionist

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Assessing the nutritional needs of clients based on their health status, lifestyle, and goals.
• Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for clients to improve their health and meet their goals.
• Monitoring and evaluating clients’ progress to ensure they are meeting their goals and making necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans.
• Conducting nutrition research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of nutrition.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and dietitians, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and effective care.
• Providing nutrition education and counseling to individuals, groups, and communities to promote healthy eating habits and prevent chronic diseases.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards related to nutrition and healthcare.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or a related field is typically required.
• Fresh graduate with internship experience in a related field, such as healthcare or food service.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are important for nutritionists, as well as the ability to develop and implement nutrition plans, conduct research, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
• Strong understanding of nutrition science, food safety, and dietary guidelines. They should also be knowledgeable about different dietary restrictions and food allergies.
