Warehouse Assistant Manager

Job Overview

  • Salary RM6000- RM7500

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee and regulate day-to-day operations to guarantee receiving and distribution process efficacy and efficiency.
  • In charge of organizing, assigning, and supervising the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
  • Track and verify outgoing, inventory, and inbound accuracy and productivity
  • Enforcing and monitoring SOPs and regulations
  • Prepares an annual budget, keeps an eye on warehouse costs, and starts corrective action to achieve the financial goal of managing logistics and warehouse costs.
  • Continue to monitor and enhance security protocols to ensure the utmost level of protection.
  • Maintain and uphold proper housekeeping to make the warehouse a clean and safe place to work.
  • Comply with all safety and hygiene policies of the company
  • To execute optimization and improvement plan tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
