Technical Sales Representative (Cardiology)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct product education sessions and client visits to support current and prospective users of cardiovascular devices within assigned areas.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance product visibility and meet sales objectives in designated regions.
• Create and maintain sales strategies, performance reports, and comprehensive customer profiles.
• Manage and monitor consignment inventory in the assigned territory.
• Provide ongoing technical support for cardiovascular device applications nationwide.
• Organize and facilitate educational programs for healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and internal staff.
• Collect and evaluate market intelligence, including competitor offerings, pricing trends, and promotional tactics.
• Stay updated on relevant healthcare regulations and regional market trends.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer feedback and concerns, ensuring high service standards.
• Assist with clinical research activities as needed.
• Perform administrative duties linked to sales processes before and after transactions.
• Handle order processing, quotation preparation, billing, and track consignment usage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and support project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering or equivalent
• with at least 1 year of sales experience
• Language: English, Malay, able to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Strong sales-driven and customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in negotiation and building strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel and possess valid driving license.
