Technical Sales Executive

Location: Puchong, Selangor & Kulim, Kedah

Job Descriptions:

1. Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.

3. New Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

4. Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the organization’s products or services and communicate their features and benefits effectively to clients.

• Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and outcomes.

6. Marketing Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns.

• Provide input on promotional materials, advertising, and other marketing initiatives.

7. Customer Feedback:

• Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand market trends and improve products or services.

• Convey customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

8. Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with customers.

• Ensure all sales contracts and agreements meet regulatory and company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in science related subject (Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred).
• Able to work independently.
• Always with a positive mindset and willing to grow further
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
