Technical Sales Executive (Food Ingredient / Cosmetic Raw Ingredient)

Location: Puchong, Shah Alam

Job Descriptions:

• Territory Insight: Possesses a clear understanding of the assigned geographical area, including key clients, potential leads, competitors, and supply dynamics.
• Client Strategy & Relationship Understanding: Grasps the goals, needs, and key profitability factors of each customer.
•  Accountability & Goal Orientation: Takes full ownership of the assigned territory and consistently works toward performance targets.
•  Industry Awareness: Stays informed about trends, regulations, and developments within the personal care sector.
•  Product & Technical Insight: Identifies customers’ technical requirements and is open to internal training for product knowledge.
•  Solution Selling: Effectively communicates the full spectrum of value-added solutions and services provided.
•  Customer-Centric Communication: Tailors presentations and interactions based on the specific context and needs of each customer.
•  Negotiation & Problem Resolution: Applies sound judgment and creative problem-solving to develop mutually beneficial outcomes.
•  Responsive Service Management: Adapts to evolving customer demands and ensures smooth execution of service agreements.
•  Sales Tools Proficiency: Demonstrates strong working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms.
•  Opportunity Tracking: Proactively manages the sales pipeline, aligning engagement based on each customer’s position in the buying journey.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in science related subject.
• Able to work independently.
• Always with a positive mindset and willing to grow further
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
