Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months maternity cover)

Job Overview

  • Salary RM10,000 - RM13,000

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition process including talent needs anticipation, sourcing plan development, screening, interviewing, pre-selection, offer management, and hiring administration.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future business needs.
  • Manage and engage with third-party providers, ensuring adherence to procurement and policy standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to actively identify and map external talent for business-critical and key roles within the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in pharmaceutical or shared services companies is preferred.
  • Possess interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
