Supply Chain Specialist (MNC Pharmaceutical)

Location: Damansara, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support in managing the supply chain activities
• To assist the Manager in the overall operations & planning for co-packing management
• To ensure Custom & Trade Compliance requirements are met
• Ensure timely availability of promotional products to meet the customer demand
• Manage the planning and execution of promotional products packing 3 – 4 months horizon
• Material planning and issuing Purchase Requisition
• To ensure business continuity by managing supply disruptions and demand surges
• Process Improvement

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Business Management or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Supply Planning/Custom/Trade compliance with a multi-national company
• Applicant from FMCG / Pharma / Medical Device industry is added advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to work with all levels of people
• Strong execution, process-oriented, detail, and analytical
• Strong computer literacy(particularly in Microsoft Excel, with competency in pivot tables an macro functionality)
• Applicant with SAP system is added advantage
• Possess a positive attitude, assertive and team player
