Supply Chain Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support the processing of sales orders, generation of billing and delivery documents, and ensure timely and scheduled deliveries.
• Generate sales reports and analytics to assist the sales team in achieving targets.
• Schedule and expedite deliveries, and promptly address shortages, missed, or late deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer order requirements are effectively coordinated.
• Manage and organize inventory, and support stock replenishment activities to enhance inventory accuracy.
• Assist in purchase planning and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient purchase transactions and shipments.
• Coordinate with forwarding agents to monitor full import shipments, ensuring performance and costs meet company requirements.
• Utilize strong Excel skills to prepare and analyze reports within set deadlines.
• Provide support for ad hoc after-sales matters as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business,Logistics &Transportation, Supply Chain, Maritime, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Independent, good in time management & quick response to task allocated.
• Initiative, responsible, meticulous and possess a good interpersonal attitude.
• Immediate & permanent position
