Demand Planner Specialist (MNC)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze historical demand data to identify trends and patterns for forecasting.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using advanced Excel functions and Power BI.
• Manage large and complex data sets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize demand data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better demand planning practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and data analysis tools.
• Experience managing large and complex data sets with high accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
