Site Safety Supervisor (MNC)

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations on-site.
• Perform weekly site inspections and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Review and update OSHAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001 documentation.
• Inspect machinery for safety compliance.
• Organize occupational safety and health training sessions.
• Develop Safe Work Practices for all relevant tasks.
• Compile and submit monthly safety reports.
• Assess and update HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control).
• Participate in Safety and Health Committee site walks and meetings.
• Prepare minutes for Safety and Health Committee meetings.
• Conduct accident investigations and complete reporting procedures.
• Manage and coordinate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution.
• Willing to travel.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational, Safety & Health.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in project construction.
• DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) yellow book holder
