Service Technician (Printer)

Location: Tebrau, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide technical support and servicing for barcode equipment, including printers and scanners, at customer locations.
• Perform on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Identify and diagnose technical issues or errors, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Offer suitable recommendations based on customers requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Prepare and deliver detailed and timely service reports.
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
• Collect information on competitors’ products (labels, ribbons, and printers) and outdated printer models.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
• Strong service orientation.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting skills.
• Possess own transport.
