Service Technician (Pest Elimination)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Provide professional pest control services to assigned clients, following standard methods and safety protocols.
• Apply pesticides according to safety guidelines and industry regulations.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Complete required documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, to maintain accurate records.
• Stay current with training on industry standards, and state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe driving record and ensure proper care and maintenance of service vehicles and equipment.
• Oversee inventory management and the upkeep of products and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal associates for service follow-up and resolution of concerns.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least SPM or Diploma certification holder.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of practical experience in pest management field services or similar.
• Candidate must possess a driver’s license Class D or equivalent and willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• Candidate who holds a Pesticide Applicator License (PAL) or Fumigation License is preferred.
