Service Engineer (Automation Systems)

Location: Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on automation systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in system installation and diagnose repair faults in pneumatic and electromechanical components, including motors, actuators, sensors, and control systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems.
• Maintain detailed service records, including reports on maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining pneumatic and electromechanical automation systems.
• Experience with PLC programming, control systems, sensors, motor controller.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
