Job Overview
- Salary RM3000 - RM6000
Location: Shah Alam, Klang
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the existing infrastructure, oversee network services, conduct security audits, maintain an equipment master list, and develop standard operational procedures. This includes tasks like installing network cables and addressing equipment shortages. Additionally, assist in managing hardware and software inventory.
- Analyze user requirements and provide continuous support for information system hardware, operating systems, user account management, internet access, servers, CCTV, antivirus, email, firewalls, networking, and databases to ensure efficient system operation.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on computer hardware, software, and applications such as firewalls, access points, and network switches to ensure proper functionality. Provide end-user support for PCs, printers, and peripherals, addressing both software and hardware issues. Troubleshoot computer network problems as needed.
- Monitor the performance of information technology systems, assessing cost-effectiveness and productivity levels. Make recommendations for enhancing the IT infrastructure’s efficiency.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
- Procure and manage office furniture, equipment, and supplies while providing administrative support for telephone, communication, and computer system maintenance.
- Take charge of maintaining office premises, including liaising with vendors for equipment repairs and servicing office facilities.
- Supervise all administrative duties in both the office and employee hostel, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to vendor contracts, tenancy agreements, and supplier agreements, including those for security and cleaning services.
- Offer assistance to the company as needed in various capacities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology and other’s related
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Software Development
- Experience in Data collection system, RFID software or AUTO-ID system is an added advantage
- Programming: Visual Studio, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Restful API, Boostrap, jQuery
- Applicable for Malaysian citizen
