Senior Patient Engagement Operation

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Support to key regional projects eg Health Literacy, ESMO Asia
• Financial funding/operational support eg Sponsorship/Grant processing, processing contracts and agreements
• Support to key internal meetings eg workshops, insights meeting
• Support for patient stories, patient journey and PAG mapping
• Communication support as and when needed for key initiatives.
• Leveraging stakeholder mapping and landscaping for new geographies/TA/tumors
• Working closely with legal and compliance to ensure right guidance to new and ongoing projects
• Coordinate and support the activities of the patient engagement network and access university.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Project management
• Advanced Degree in public health, public policy, epidemiology, health sciences or other relevant degree
• Experience working in patient engagement.
• Prior experience engaging with professional societies and patient organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing trusted and meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Substantial knowledge of the broad pharma landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external audiences.
