Senior Infrastructure Consultant

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Ensures a comprehensive approach to developing solutions.
• Manages deployments either regionally or globally as required.
• Maintains and enhances in-depth knowledge of the Digital Infrastructure & Operations product and service portfolio.
• Establishes and nurtures productive relationships with key IT personnel and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Delivers training on deployed products and services to local IT teams.
• Ensures strict adherence to Change Management and CAB processes during deployments.
• Utilizes ITIL, OKR, SCRUM, and quality management methodologies, ensuring compliance with Digital processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
• Knowledge of ITIL, OKR, SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
