Senior Finance Analyst

Location: Damansara

Job Descriptions:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data and create reports to support management in strategic decision-making. Handle monthly financial closing, analysis, and reporting.
• Financial Modelling and Forecasting: Develop financial models and forecasts, including variance analysis and scenario planning. Conduct quarterly forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Monitoring and Trend Analysis: Track key financial metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Optimization and Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and improve business processes. Continuously seek and implement process improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Assist the executive team in developing and implementing strategic plans across functions. Support the creation and management of customer business plans, provide critical analytical support, and oversee scenario planning frameworks.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct special financial analyses and projects as required.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Controller Support: Assist the Financial Controller in evaluating opportunities, building reports/business cases for timely affiliate feedback, and generating more affiliate-driven deals. Offer analytical and project management support for divisional strategic plans, initiatives, and special projects.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in MNC environment at financial analysis positions; with strong analytical mind and technique for planning and execution.
• Advance computer knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
• Pro-active mindset; willingness to learn and be a fast learner.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
