Senior Accountant x2 (RM8K-12K)

Location: PJ & Shah Alam

Job Descriptions:

• Timely completion of company accounting and preparation of financial statements every month, ensuring compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations.
• Fully participate in the formulation and management of annual budgets, engage in deep communication with department managers, and achieve budget process monitoring.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and track feedback on their implementation to support company management.
• Prepare financial analysis reports, analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Organize production cost analysis, enhance cost reduction and efficiency awareness, and have an in-depth understanding of production situations.
• Liaise with local tax authorities to file various taxes and fees on time, reducing tax risks.
• Handle various audit matters such as annual audits and tax audits.
• Other important tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with preference for Certified Public Accountants or ACCA holders.
• Over 5 years of financial work experience in the manufacturing industry, with experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting, internal and external audits, etc.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards and financial management systems, with experience in accounting firms preferred.
• Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.
• Proficient in the use of financial software and ERP systems.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with potential leadership and team management capabilities.
