SAP CO/IM/PS Support Analyst

Location: Subang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring the SAP Core System’s upkeep, support, and further development and improvement while maintaining quality assurance.
• Keeping the company’s SAP Core System documentation in the CO & IM/PS domain current, including the definition of business processes, end-user guides, training materials, testing cases, etc.
• Customizing interfaces and procedures; running relevant test scenarios.
• Creating and implementing training initiatives.
• Regularly providing 1st and 2nd level support to end-users of the SAP Core System.
• Taking part in Asian SAP projects with the goal of introducing new or enhancing current operating procedures.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a university degree in a business or technical field
• Minimum five years professional business and technical experience within the CO & IM/PS area of the SAP R/3 system with an international background
• Knowledge of the interfaces within the SAP architecture as well as to connected external systems
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (written & orally)
