Sales Operation Analyst

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Liaise with customers on sales activities, including negotiations on sales strategies, pricing, and promotional budgets.
• Track both domestic and international sales performance alongside the regional marketing officer.
• Manage and drive sales operations to meet set targets and support overall business objectives.
• Present sales reports and performance updates in management meetings.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process from order placement to product delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Planning, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Finance) to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervise daily tasks and activities of the sales team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain systematic and compliant sales operations according to internal guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor and manage promotional and advertising efforts, especially for launching new products and increasing market share.
• Conduct monthly sales forecast and market review meetings with both local and international clients.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
