Sales Manager

Location: Masai, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth through strategic planning and effective execution.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure preference for our products and services.
• Identify potential clients, arrange meetings, deliver customized solutions, and confidently close deals.
• Stay informed about product features and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to uphold high satisfaction levels.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to refine company strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to boost brand visibility.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma qualification with a commitment to continuous learning and career development.
• Minimum of 5 years‘ sales experience in energy, petrochemical, oil & gas, or infrastructure industries, offering valuable expertise.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong communication skills to engage a diverse client base.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
• Skilled at persuasion and effectively communicating the value of products and services to clients.
