Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Location: Georgetown, Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Grow revenue and maintain strong relationships with the existing customer base.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to customers.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and pricing with customers.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining close contact with all customers, including follow-up on shipment status or other issues.
• Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must hold at least an Advanced or Higher Diploma in any field.
• Language(s) needed: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing abilities.
• Capable of working with little supervision and under pressure
• A junior executive with a focus on customer service, or an indoor sales position.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
