Sales Administrator

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Business Nature: Manufacturing

Job Descriptions:

• Liaise with internal team to communicate project progress.
• To prepare quotations and attending to global customers’ inquires.
• In charge of processing sales orders, following up delivery ETAs.
• To ensure the service level meets client satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by making outbound calls and following up on incoming leads.
• To assist in scheduling meetings, minute taking, other miscellaneous activities.
• To assist with or perform background checks to approve new customers who may purchase equipment or parts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/IT/any field.
• Candidates with 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good in communication skills.
• Team player.
